    Product good - service meh (first time purchase)

    I ordered a BOGO duck head but only received 1 bag. I reached out to customer service and was told my order was processed correctly and that I had done something incorrectly during the ordering process. No offer was made to send the free bag or offer something as part of my next order. While my dog seems to like the duck heads the service was less than expected.
